  • grass-fed butter to taste
  • small handful of broccoli sprouts
  • dash of fermented green chili sauce

  • organic dark greens (spinach & lettuce mix)
  • pumpkin, sesame & sunflower seeds
  • organic blueberries & red grapes
  • 1 or 2 soft boiled, pastured eggs
  • first cold-pressed single estate olive oil to taste
  • Himalayan pink salt & black pepper to taste
  • 6 oz local grass-fed steak chopped

  • 2 medium organic green zucchinis
  • 1 lb local grass-fed beef
  • 1 large butternut squash
  • 1 bottle organic spaghetti sauce
  • first cold-pressed single estate olive oil to taste
  • Himalayan pink salt & black pepper to taste
  • optional-mushrooms, garlic, onions, peppers
